Powertex is much more than a water based textile hardener. It is a universal medium for all your artwork, sculptures, paintings and decorations. You can use it to harden all materials that are absorbent such as: textile, paper, cardboard, plush, leather, fiberglass mat. Preferably use natural materials. 11 COLORS AND 3 DIFFERENT SIZES …

Ten colors are pre-colored and ready to use. The transparent dries up completely transparent. You can create any desired color yourself by mixing multiple Powercolors. By adding Powertex white, you can turn any color into a pastel shade. By adding a jar of Powercolor/Colortricx to Powertex Transparent, you will develop very personal colors. Dissolve the entire jar of pigment in a little warm water and stir it through Powertex transparent 1kg. Powertex dries out mat .

 

OVERCOATING WITH …

Your creation can be colored with oil paint, acrylic paint, or Powercolor mixed with Easy Varnish. In this combination your paint is immediately waterproof. Powertex will air dry, speed up the process by heating with a hairdryer, Powertex heat tool or radiator. Brushes and sponges can be cleaned with warm water and soap.

WEATHER AND WATER RESISTANT…

All Powertex colors are waterproof, except transparent. We recommend Easy Varnish after drying time, up to three days sometimes, to guarantee waterproof and color protection. Powertex artwork can withstand temperatures down to -83 °C. Store your Powertex bottles at minimal + 5 °C. The ideal temperature to work with Powertex is +15°C.

Powertex est bien plus qu’un durcisseur textile. C’est un médium universel à base d’eau indispensable pour la création de vos œuvres d’art, sculptures, peintures et décorations. Vous pouvez l’utiliser pour durcir tous les matériaux absorbants tels que : le textile, le papier, le carton, la peluche, le cuir, la fibre de verre. Employer de préférence des matériaux naturels. Powertex se combine extrêmement bien avec des argiles auto-durcissantes, du béton, de la pierre, de la céramique, du bois, et du sable. Powertex adhère à tous les matériaux sauf le plastique. Vous pouvez aussi conjuguer également le Powertex avec la Stockinette, le Powercotton, le Papierdécoration, le Sable & les billes d’argile, Stone Art, Easy3Dflex , et il sera un parfait additif pour toutes vos techniques mixed média.

PEINDRE AVEC … 

Votre création peut également être peinte avec de la peinture à l’huile, de l’acrylique ou de l’aquarelle mélangée à Easy Varnish. Cette combinaison assure l’imperméabilité de votre peinture. Powertex sèche à l’air, vous pouvez utiliser un sèche-cheveux, Powertex Heat Tool, ou mettre votre création à proximité d’une source de chaleur (radiateur ou cheminée) afin de diminuer le temps de séchage. Nous vous recommandons de nettoyer tous vos ustensiles et pinceaux à l’eau tiède et au savon.

RÉSISTANT AUX INTEMPERIES … 

Toutes les couleurs Powertex sont imperméables, sauf le powertex transparent. Nous préconisons de laisser sécher et durcir les objets destinés à l’extérieur au moins 6 semaines, après les avoir vernis avec Easy Varnish. De cette manière, les objets et les couleurs seront protégés contre vents et marées. Powertex craint le gel et il doit être conservé à une température conserver à + 5°C. Tant qu’à vos réalisations, complètement durcis elles peuvent résister à des températures allant jusqu’à -83°C.
